Store Associate

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Store Associate to join the team at CVS Health. Our Store Associates play an important role in providing excellent customer service and helping to maintain the store's overall operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and will strive to exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Assist customers with inquiries and make product recommendations.
3. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
4. Track and restock inventory as needed.
5. Ensure all checkout processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
6. Address customer complaints and resolve any customer issues.
7. Assist in training new associates and providing feedback to supervisors.
8. Follow company safety protocols and adhere to all company policies.
9. Process returns and exchanges according to company procedures.
10. Provide feedback to management on customer service initiatives.
