4. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing helpful and courteous service.
5. Maintaining knowledge of store promotions, special offers, and product information.
6. Assisting with inventory management and loss prevention.
7. Adhering to safety policies and procedures.
8. Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
9. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Completing sales orders and other administrative tasks as needed.
