CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff ServiceNow IT Asset Management Developer/Engineer to join our IT Asset Management team. This role offers a unique chance to use your expertise in ServiceNow development to help drive and support the strategic goals of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that optimize our IT Asset Management processes.   1. Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow to optimize IT Asset Management processes within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules related to IT Asset Management, including but not limited to Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and Configuration Management.
  4. Contribute to the development and maintenance of ServiceNow best practices and standards.
  5. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for streamlining and automating processes.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow IT Asset Management functionality.
  7. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and new features, and make recommendations for incorporating them into current processes.
  8. Ensure data integrity within ServiceNow and develop processes for ongoing data quality checks.
  9. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a smooth integration of IT Asset Management processes with other systems.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze IT Asset Management performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns related to IT Asset Management.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on IT Asset Management principles and practices, and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  13. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that IT Asset Management processes are aligned with overall project goals.
  14. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT Asset Management, and make recommendations for incorporating them into current processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing It Asset Management Solutions Using Servicenow.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Servicenow It Asset Management Module, Including Configuration, Customization, And Administration.

  • Experience With Itil Processes And Best Practices Related To It Asset Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
