Staff Pharmacist

The successful candidate will have a Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, active and clear licensure in the state of practice, and a minimum of two years of pharmacy experience. They will also possess strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
2. Monitor pharmacy operations to ensure that they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of pharmacy inventories and prescriptions.
4. Dispense medications accurately and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Monitor and communicate drug interactions, drug-allergy interactions, and other drug-related issues to patients.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
7. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in pharmacy operations.
8. Develop and implement strategies to increase pharmacy efficiency and customer satisfaction.
9. Train and mentor new pharmacy staff members.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
