Staff Pharmacist

You must have an advanced understanding of pharmaceuticals and the ability to quickly and accurately fill prescriptions.The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing professional services in accordance with state and federal regulations. This includes providing medication therapy management and patient counseling, as well as overseeing pharmacy services provided by pharmacy technicians. The Staff Pharmacist must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be knowledgeable of current industry trends and standards.The successful candidate will have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy and a valid state pharmacy license. In addition, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Experience in using pharmacy computer systems and knowledge of pharmacy-related software is also required. Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills are essential.
