Staff Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

1. Manage medication orders and ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
2. Provide patient counseling services and patient education.
3. Monitor and review drug interactions and prescriptions for accuracy.
4. Dispense medications in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
5. Maintain accurate records of patient profiles, medication orders, and dispensed medications.
6. Monitor and document drug interactions and other potential side effects.
7. Develop and implement strategies to promote medication safety and adherence.
8. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely customer service.
9. Participate in continuing education and staff training activities.
10. Maintain a high standard of ethical and professional conduct.
