7. Participate in pharmacy quality assurance and improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care.
8. Act as a resource for pharmacy technicians and other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
9. Stay updated on new medications, therapies, and advancements in the field of pharmacy to continuously improve patient care.
10. Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications required for the role.
