Staff Pharmacist

1. Dispensing Medications: The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing prescription medications to customers in accordance with state and federal laws.
2. Ensure Safety and Quality: The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of all medications dispensed by conducting proper checks and adhering to company policies and procedures.
3. Provide Excellent Customer Service: The Staff Pharmacist will greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
4. Maintain Inventory: The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining appropriate levels of inventory to ensure efficient and timely dispensing of medications.
5. Conduct Clinical Reviews: The Staff Pharmacist will conduct clinical reviews of prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of therapy, as well as providing counseling to patients on proper medication use.
6. Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: The Staff Pharmacist will work closely with healthcare providers to ensure proper medication management and to resolve any potential drug therapy problems.
7. Stay Informed on Industry Changes: The Staff Pharmacist will stay up-to-date on industry changes and updates in order to provide the best possible care to customers and maintain compliance with all regulations.
8. Train and Supervise Pharmacy Technicians: The Staff Pharmacist will train and supervise pharmacy technicians, ensuring they adhere to all company policies and procedures.
9. Maintain Confidentiality: The Staff Pharmacist will maintain the confidentiality of all patient information, including medical records and personal information.
