- Develop and implement capacity planning models to optimize workflow and resource allocation across the organization.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for staffing and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into efficient staffing and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics related to capacity planning and make adjustments as needed.

- Provide training and support to team members on capacity planning techniques and tools.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in capacity planning and make recommendations for implementation.

- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain capacity planning systems and tools.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring capacity planning considerations are incorporated.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, related to capacity planning.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Capacity Planning And Modeling For A Large-Scale Organization.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Statistical Modeling Techniques, Such As Regression Analysis, Time Series Forecasting, And Simulation.
Extensive Knowledge Of Workforce Management Systems And Tools, Such As Kronos, Sap, Or Workday.
Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Develop And Implement Staffing Strategies.
