  1. Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive forecasting models for all aspects of the business, including sales, expenses, and market trends.
  2. Analyze historical data and current market trends to identify opportunities and risks for the business.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for forecasting and planning purposes.
  4. Present forecasting results and recommendations to senior leadership, providing clear and concise explanations of key drivers and assumptions.
  5. Lead the development and implementation of business planning strategies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals.
  6. Monitor and track performance against forecasted results, identifying and addressing any variances or discrepancies.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of forecasting and planning processes.
  8. Coach and mentor team members to develop their forecasting and planning skills, ensuring a high-performing and motivated team.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in forecasting and planning, and make recommendations for incorporating new techniques and tools.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in forecasting and planning efforts.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to the company's mission and values.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and ethical business practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Forecasting And Business Planning, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Interpret Trends To Develop Accurate Forecasts And Make Sound Business Decisions.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team Of Forecasting And Business Planning Professionals.
