- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive forecasting models for all aspects of the business, including sales, expenses, and market trends.
- Analyze historical data and current market trends to identify opportunities and risks for the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for forecasting and planning purposes.
- Present forecasting results and recommendations to senior leadership, providing clear and concise explanations of key drivers and assumptions.
- Lead the development and implementation of business planning strategies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals.
- Monitor and track performance against forecasted results, identifying and addressing any variances or discrepancies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of forecasting and planning processes.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their forecasting and planning skills, ensuring a high-performing and motivated team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in forecasting and planning, and make recommendations for incorporating new techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in forecasting and planning efforts.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to the company's mission and values.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and ethical business practices.
Extensive Experience: A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Forecasting And Business Planning, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Interpret Trends To Develop Accurate Forecasts And Make Sound Business Decisions.
Leadership Skills: Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team Of Forecasting And Business Planning Professionals.
Strategic Thinking: Ability To Think Critically And Strategically To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Develop Long-Term Business Plans.
Collaboration And Communication: Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Forecasts And Plans To Senior Leadership.
