Sr. Analyst, Scrum Master

1. Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum processes and practices within the organization
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Agile methodology
3. Act as a Scrum Master, guiding and coaching team members on Agile principles and practices
4. Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
5. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize tasks accordingly
6. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and sprint backlogs
7. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any roadblocks or issues
8. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
9. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management
10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Agile practices
11. Mentor and train team members on Agile methodologies and processes
12. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in Agile methodology
13. Act as a liaison between development teams and other departments within the organization
14. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet business requirements
15. Support and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
