- Develop and maintain relationships with specialty providers to establish and grow value-based partnerships.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with specialty providers to ensure optimal cost savings and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement strategies for enhancing patient care and reducing costs.
- Monitor and analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to specialty and provider networks.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and provider partners.
- Develop and implement initiatives to drive financial success and improve the overall performance of specialty networks.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with provider partners to discuss network performance and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for complex network issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including providers, payers, and other industry partners.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the success of specialty networks.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote CVS Health's value-based care initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the specialty network management function.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Network Management, Preferably In A Value-Based Care Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Value-Based Contracting And Reimbursement Models
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Tools Such As Tableau Or Sql
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers And Other Stakeholders.
