Sourcing Manager

Execute and lead a variety of complex, high-value, high visibility sourcing events in support of category. Support development of category plans, pipeline, and other category materials. Manage expiring contract process to support pipeline development for category. Work with Sourcing Category Managers to develop the strategy and approach for each RFx event. Organize and lead effective meetings with internal stakeholder and external suppliers. As appropriate, delegate RFx events and tasks to Sourcing Analysts and provide guidance to ensure successful execution. Conduct market research that supports negotiation strategies and award decisions for each sourcing event. Compile scope of work and requirements, analyze and evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate final commercial terms.
