  1. Greet and welcome patients to CVS Health and our Site of Care Support team.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system by providing guidance on finding the most appropriate care location.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure the best possible care for patients.
  5. Maintain accurate and updated knowledge of healthcare processes and procedures.
  6. Educate patients on the services and resources available to them through CVS Health.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  8. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  9. Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on healthcare industry trends and best practices.
  11. Identify and escalate any issues or concerns regarding patient care.
  12. Serve as a positive role model for colleagues and promote a positive work environment.
  13. Contribute to the overall success of the Site of Care Support team by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and overall quality of care.
