  5. Monitor inventory and sales: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked, and tracking sales to make informed decisions about ordering and restocking products.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, cash handling procedures, and customer service standards.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Create and maintain employee schedules: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for creating and maintaining employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during store hours.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role: A Shift Supervisor At Cvs Health Should Have Previous Experience Managing A Team Or Leading A Department.
