- Lead and motivate a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards of products.
- Ensure smooth operations of the store during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are always in stock and available for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and escalate any issues to higher management as needed.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with other Shift Supervisors and store management to ensure consistent and efficient store operations.
- Monitor and enforce all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash transactions.
- Prepare and submit reports on store performance, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improving store performance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Support and participate in company initiatives and promotions to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Act as a role model for team members by demonstrating excellent customer service, leadership, and professionalism at all times.
Proven Leadership Experience: A Successful Shift Supervisor At Cvs Health Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Healthcare Setting. This Demonstrates The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.
