  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive work environment.
  3. Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed by team members, including cash handling, inventory management, and safety protocols.
  4. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in order to provide excellent customer service.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  6. Collaborate with other Shift Supervisors and store management to develop and implement store-wide initiatives and promotions.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  9. Ensure compliance with company and legal regulations, including those related to safety, security, and employment.
  10. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
  11. Act as a role model for team members by demonstrating excellent customer service, professionalism, and adherence to company values and policies.
  12. Foster a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the store.
  13. Attend meetings and training sessions as required to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
