Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and organized Shift Supervisor to join the team at CVS Health. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of store associates, providing direction, feedback, and support • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Monitor store operations and provide guidance to associates • Delegate tasks to associates and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner • Handle customer complaints and inquiries • Monitor inventory levels and order stock when necessary • Assist in training new employees • Promote a positive work environment • Create daily reports and submit them to management • Handle cash register transactions accurately
