Job Description

Are you an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a Fortune 5 company? CVS Health is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Engineer who is passionate about technology and enjoys helping customers resolve technical issues.This position requires a combination of technical and customer service skills, as you’ll be working in a demanding, fast-paced environment to provide excellent service to our customers. We’re looking for a motivated individual who has the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and have a strong focus on customer service.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and a strong working knowledge of IT asset management, configuration management, and service automation. In addition, a successful candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow’s ITOM platform and associated applications, as well as experience with ITSM/ITIL processes. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not required.Do you have the technical skills and customer service focus to excel in this position? Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to CVS Health customers.
  2. Handle customer support tickets in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Maintain a strong focus on customer service.
  4. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's ITOM platform and associated applications.
  5. Utilize ITSM/ITIL processes to resolve customer support tickets.
  6. Prioritize customer support tasks and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Provide technical assistance to customers and troubleshoot software issues.
  9. Monitor system performance and support software upgrades as needed.
  10. Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices related to ServiceNow ITOM.
