We’re looking for a motivated individual who has the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and have a strong focus on customer service.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and a strong working knowledge of IT asset management, configuration management, and service automation. In addition, a successful candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow’s ITOM platform and associated applications, as well as experience with ITSM/ITIL processes. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to CVS Health customers.
- Handle customer support tickets in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's ITOM platform and associated applications.
- Utilize ITSM/ITIL processes to resolve customer support tickets.
- Prioritize customer support tasks and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance to customers and troubleshoot software issues.
- Monitor system performance and support software upgrades as needed.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices related to ServiceNow ITOM.
