
Senior Manager, Workday Talent & Performance

- Develop and implement the overall strategy for talent management and performance programs using the Workday platform.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure effective execution of talent and performance initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement in talent management and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to talent management and performance.
- Drive employee engagement and retention through the development and implementation of innovative programs and initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday platform and provide guidance and support to other HR team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for talent management and performance initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of talent management and performance programs, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management and performance to continuously improve the organization's practices and processes.
Extensive Knowledge Of Workday Platform: A Senior Manager, Workday Talent & Performance Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Workday Platform And Its Various Modules, Including Talent And Performance. This Includes Experience With Configuration, Integration, And Reporting Within Workday.
Leadership Experience: As A Senior Manager, This Role Will Require Strong Leadership And Management Skills. Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Managing Teams And Driving Successful Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strategic Thinking: The Senior Manager, Workday Talent & Performance Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Strategies To Optimize The Use Of Workday For Talent And Performance Management Within Cvs Health.
