Extensive Experience In Workforce Management And Scheduling, With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Senior Management Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Scheduling Software And Tools, Such As Verint, Aspect, Or Genesys, And The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Optimize Workforce Efficiency.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team Of Scheduling Analysts And Ensuring High Levels Of Employee Engagement And Performance.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership To Align Scheduling Strategies With Business Goals.
