Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Rebate Product Owner to join CVS Health and become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment. We're looking for a confident leader with an entrepreneurial attitude and the capability to develop and execute on our Rebate Product Owner strategies. The successful candidate must possess a solid understanding of rebate product management and the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to produce tangible results. If you're an experienced, highly collaborative leader, we'd love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field• 5+ years of experience in rebate product management• Proven track record of developing and executing successful rebate product strategies• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment• Outstanding communication and organizational skills• Knowledge of relevant computer software and databases

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative rebate product strategies that produce tangible results.
  2. Analyze data and market trends to identify potential opportunities for rebate product optimization.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure strategies are being implemented effectively.
  4. Monitor and report progress of rebate product initiatives.
  5. Assess and address any issues or challenges that arise in the course of managing rebate product initiatives.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on the progress and success of rebate product initiatives.
  7. Stay up-to-date on relevant industry developments and trends, and identify potential areas of improvement in rebate product management.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  9. Manage and delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members as needed.
