Job Description

This person will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness in our business operations.The ideal candidate should possess a combination of strong technical and business acumen, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a highly visible role that requires an intimate knowledge of the business and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of process improvement and/or project management experience. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred. An MBA or other related post-graduate degree is a plus. Candidates should have experience leading teams, have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, and have a passion for driving change.We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the ability to think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions to improve our processes. Responsibilities:

-Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives -Develop strategies and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions -Manage complex projects and ensure that goals are achieved on schedule -Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration -Analyze and report on process improvement results -Develop training and support materials to ensure successful implementation of process improvement initiatives -Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure CVS Health remains competitive -Mentor and coach team members to ensure their success in the role
