
Senior Manager Operations (Store Experience & Customer Loyalty)
As a Senior Manager of Operations (Store Experience & Customer Loyalty) at CVS Health, you will be a key member of the retail operations team, driving the success of stores through the delivery of exceptional store experiences and loyalty programs. You will be responsible for leading daily operations, developing new strategies and programs, and creating an outstanding customer experience.To be successful in this role, you must have a blend of strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You must have a minimum of 8+ years of retail operations experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role. You must have a passion for delivering an amazing customer experience and a proven record of success in developing, implementing, and executing customer loyalty strategies. You must be a creative problem-solver and have a collaborative approach to managing projects with cross-functional teams. In addition, you must have a strong understanding of retail KPIs and be able to measure the success of store operations and customer loyalty initiatives. Above all, you must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to motivate and develop direct reports.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily retail operations to ensure exceptional store experiences and customer loyalty programs.
- Develop and implement innovative customer loyalty strategies.
- Monitor and measure the success of store operations and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to help identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Manage and motivate direct reports to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of customer experience initiatives.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making.
- Plan and implement customer loyalty programs to foster customer engagement and loyalty.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
