- Develop and implement HR analytics strategies and solutions to support the company's overall HR strategy and objectives.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee retention, performance, diversity, and other key HR metrics.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide HR leadership with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR business partners, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits, to understand their data needs and provide support and guidance in utilizing HR data.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and challenges related to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics to continuously improve and enhance the company's HR data capabilities.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data.
- Lead and manage a team of HR analysts to deliver high-quality and timely insights and solutions to support the company's HR initiatives.
- Partner with IT and other stakeholders to identify and implement new HR systems and tools to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Cultivate a culture of data-driven decision making within the HR department and across the organization.
Advanced Degree In Analytics Or Related Field: A Senior Manager In Hr Analytics At Cvs Health Should Possess A Relevant Advanced Degree, Such As A Master's Or Phd, In Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field. This Demonstrates A Strong Technical Foundation And A Deep Understanding Of Data Analysis And Modeling Techniques.
Extensive Experience In Hr Analytics: Candidates Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Impactful Insights And Recommendations To Support Strategic Hr Initiatives. This Experience Should Include Working With Large And Complex Datasets, Using Statistical And Predictive Modeling Techniques, And Presenting Findings To Senior Leadership.
Strong Business Acumen: A Senior Manager In Hr Analytics Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Business And The Ability To Translate Hr Data Into Actionable Insights That Drive Business Decisions. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Operations, As Well As The Ability To Communicate Findings And Recommendations In A Clear And Strategic Manner.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Will Require The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Hr Analysts And Data Scientists. Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team, As Well As Promoting A Collaborative And Positive Team Culture.
