- Collaborate with other senior leaders to establish quality goals and objectives for the organization.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in delivering quality healthcare services.
- Mentor and train staff on quality standards and practices to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments to ensure a collaborative and coordinated approach to quality management.
- Participate in strategic planning activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the company's quality management efforts.
- Take accountability for the overall success of the organization's healthcare quality program.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Quality Management, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Ncqa And Hedis.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Quality Improvement Initiatives In A Large Healthcare Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field; Master's Degree Preferred.
