  11. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams.
  13. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide valuable insights.
  15. Act as a liaison between the analytics team and senior leadership, providing updates and recommendations on business performance and opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Business Analytics, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or Business Analytics.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing High-Performing Analytics Teams.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Data Analysis Techniques, Statistical Models, And Data Visualization Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Analytics Insights To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
