  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for retail infrastructure in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives of CVS Health.
  2. Lead and manage a team of architects and engineers to design and implement technology solutions that support retail operations.
  3. Ensure that all architecture and infrastructure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to understand their needs and requirements and incorporate them into the architecture design.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail infrastructure and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  6. Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of existing infrastructure to identify areas for optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Manage the budget and resources for the architecture team, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
  8. Communicate with senior leadership to present project updates, recommendations, and progress towards goals.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to leverage their expertise and capabilities in delivering effective retail infrastructure solutions.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and security protocols in the design and implementation of retail infrastructure solutions.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  12. Drive a customer-centric approach in all aspects of retail infrastructure management to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Extensive Experience In Retail Infrastructure Architecture: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Retail Infrastructure, Including Store Networks, Pos Systems, And Data Centers. They Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Effective Infrastructure Solutions For Large Retail Organizations.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Architects And Engineers To Develop And Implement Retail Infrastructure Solutions. They Should Have Proven Experience In Managing And Motivating A Team To Achieve Goals And Objectives.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends: The Retail Industry Is Constantly Evolving, And The Senior Manager Should Be Well-Versed In The Latest Technologies, Standards, And Best Practices. They Should Be Able To Anticipate And Plan For Future Infrastructure Needs And Stay Ahead Of Industry Trends.

  • Project Management Experience: This Role Will Involve Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, So The Senior Manager Should Have A Strong Background In Project Management. They Should Be Able To Develop Project Plans, Track Progress, And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Will Require Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Business Stakeholders, It Teams, And External Vendors. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Work With Different Teams And Ensure Alignment On Infrastructure Initiatives.
