  4. Develop and maintain actuarial models and tools to ensure accurate and efficient data analysis.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in insurance and healthcare regulations.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of actuarial services.
  7. Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Manage actuarial projects and ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
  9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the financial health of the organization.
  10. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Actuarial Services team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Roles, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Fellow Or Associate Designation From The Society Of Actuaries (Fsa Or Asa).

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience, Including Managing A Team And Working Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
