- Develop and implement strategies to ensure CVS Health's accreditation and health equity goals are met.
- Oversee the accreditation process and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to promote health equity and eliminate disparities in healthcare.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas of improvement in health equity and accreditation.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on accreditation and health equity metrics to measure progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to accreditation and health equity, and incorporate them into organizational strategies.
- Manage a team of individuals responsible for accreditation and health equity efforts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on accreditation and health equity, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams within CVS Health.
- Foster partnerships and collaborations with external organizations and stakeholders to advance accreditation and health equity efforts.
- Represent CVS Health at conferences, events, and other forums to share our commitment to health equity and accreditation.
Extensive Experience In Healthcare Accreditation And Quality Improvement, Including Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations.
Strong Leadership Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing Teams And Driving Results.
In-Depth Understanding Of Health Equity And Social Determinants Of Health, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategies To Promote Health Equity Within Healthcare Organizations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Advanced Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role.
