CVS Health is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join our Human Resources team.The Senior Employee Relations Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic advice, counsel, and investigation services to our team members and leadership. Responsibilities of a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at CVS Health:

  1. Provide strategic advice, counsel, and investigation services to team members and leadership.
  2. Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes CVS Health’s core values.
  3. Keep up to date on labor laws and employee relations.
  4. Handle employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism.
  5. Develop and execute programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  6. Facilitate investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  7. Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders on employee relations matters.
  8. Monitor trends in employee relations topics and provide training and guidance as needed.
  9. Assist in the development of HR programs and initiatives.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts.
