Responsibilities of a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at CVS Health:
- Provide strategic advice, counsel, and investigation services to team members and leadership.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes CVS Health’s core values.
- Keep up to date on labor laws and employee relations.
- Handle employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Develop and execute programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Facilitate investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
