1. Design, build, and maintain our cloud-based systems to ensure their reliability, scalability, and security.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cloud-based solutions that align with business needs.
3. Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure best practices and standards.
4. Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance and recommend improvements as needed.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing and make recommendations for their adoption.
7. Lead and mentor junior cloud engineers to ensure the team's technical growth and success.
8. Work with the security team to ensure compliance with security standards and protocols.
9. Create and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and processes.
10. Participate in on-call rotation to provide support and resolution for any production-related issues.
11. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute large-scale projects and migrations to the cloud.
12. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency in our cloud infrastructure.
13. Conduct regular reviews and audits of cloud resources and configurations to ensure adherence to best practices.
14. Act as a subject matter expert on cloud technologies and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
15. Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance our cloud capabilities.
