  1. Process and adjudicate complex medical claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Utilize knowledge and expertise to ensure that members receive the benefits they are entitled to.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to members and address any inquiries or concerns related to their claims.
  4. Review and analyze medical claims to determine eligibility and appropriateness of benefits.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues with claims.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and policies to accurately process claims.
  7. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Maintain detailed and accurate records of claims processed.
  9. Train and mentor junior claim benefit specialists as needed.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and assist with escalated or complex claims.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
  14. Stay informed on industry trends and changes to ensure best practices are being followed.
  15. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and experience.

Job Qualifications
