- Process and adjudicate complex medical claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Utilize knowledge and expertise to ensure that members receive the benefits they are entitled to.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and address any inquiries or concerns related to their claims.
- Review and analyze medical claims to determine eligibility and appropriateness of benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues with claims.
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and policies to accurately process claims.
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of claims processed.
- Train and mentor junior claim benefit specialists as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert and assist with escalated or complex claims.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
- Stay informed on industry trends and changes to ensure best practices are being followed.

Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Claims Processing Or Benefits Administration.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare Administration Or Business.
