Job Description

At CVS Health, we are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Senior Care Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping our senior customers. The Senior Care Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our senior customers and will serve as an advocate for their needs.The successful candidate will have an understanding of the needs of senior customers and be able to provide them with appropriate solutions and advice. The Senior Care Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• At least two years of customer service experience• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to multi-task and prioritize• Knowledge of CVS Health products and services• Possess a strong customer service orientation with an understanding of the needs of senior customers• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional service to senior customers by responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
  2. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Utilize knowledge of CVS Health products and services to provide appropriate solutions and advice to customers.
  4. Maintain a customer service orientation with an understanding of the needs of senior customers.
  5. Work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task in order to prioritize customer needs.
  6. Collaborate with other team members in a team-oriented environment.
  7. Pass a background check.
