Senior Analyst - Vendor Management

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors to ensure highest quality products and services are provided to CVS Health.
- Analyze and evaluate vendor performance to ensure contractual terms and conditions are met.
- Manage vendor onboarding process, including contract negotiation and vendor selection.
- Negotiate cost savings or service improvement opportunities with vendors.
- Resolve vendor disputes, manage vendor escalations, and develop solutions for recurring issues.
- Develop and monitor vendor performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement vendor management policies and procedures.
- Provide vendor training and support to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor current trends in vendor management, identify best practices, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare and review vendor contracts, statements of work, and service level agreements.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
