  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote health and wellness within the local community.

  3. Serve as a knowledgeable resource on CVS Health's retail health services and offerings.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of retail health programs.
  6. Conduct regular training and education sessions for store associates to promote awareness and understanding of retail health services.
  7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the customer experience.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and competition to inform retail health strategies.
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information and handling sensitive situations with tact and discretion.

Job Qualifications
