- Manage the overall operations of retail health clinics, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.

- Participate in community outreach events and health fairs to promote the retail health clinics and attract new customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to continuously improve and enhance the retail health clinics.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and utilization of the retail health clinics.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and operations, to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Handle any customer or employee complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and maintain reports on clinic operations, patient satisfaction, and financial performance for management review.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Standards.
Experience In Managing A Team And Coordinating Multiple Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations And Handle Sensitive Issues.
