Job Description

At CVS Health, our Quality Provider Liaisons work hand-in-hand with our pharmacy staff to ensure we provide our members and customers with the highest quality of care and service. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team.The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of one year's experience in a pharmacy setting, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of quality in the delivery of pharmacy services. The ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks is essential. If you are passionate about helping customers and providing the highest level of care, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist pharmacy staff in providing members and customers with high-quality care and service.
  2. Utilize excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  3. Maintain the highest standards of quality in the delivery of pharmacy services.
  4. Prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  5. Monitor and review customer feedback to identify and address potential issues.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
  7. Troubleshoot customer inquiries and develop solutions.
  8. Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  9. Assist in training and onboarding new pharmacy staff.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
