  1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure high-quality standards in all aspects of the organization's operations.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained.
  3. Communicate quality standards and processes to employees and provide training as needed.
  4. Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any non-compliance issues.
  5. Monitor and track quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Analyze data and provide recommendations for quality improvements to management.
  7. Assist in developing and updating quality management systems and procedures.
  8. Act as a liaison between the organization and external quality agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  9. Conduct regular reviews of processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  10. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  11. Identify and report any potential risks or issues that may impact product or service quality.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to quality management.
  14. Act as a point of contact for any quality-related inquiries from internal or external stakeholders.
  15. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met for products and services.
  16. Provide regular reports and updates to management on quality metrics, progress, and areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Pharmacy, Or Quality Management.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Quality Improvement Role.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Cms And Joint Commission.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collect And Analyze Data To Identify Areas For Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Management.
