  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of CVS Health products and services.
  2. Conduct thorough reviews and audits of product and service data, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or errors.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
  4. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to quality assurance and incorporate them into our processes.
  7. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures related to quality assurance.
  9. Participate in the development and testing of new products and services to ensure quality standards are met.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality assurance, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Or Business Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or A Related Field, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Guidelines And Standards Such As Fda, Hipaa, And Cms Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Quality Issues In A Timely Manner.

  • Experience With Quality Management Systems And Tools, Such As Six Sigma, Lean, Or Iso 9001, To Drive Continuous Improvement And Ensure Compliance.
