
Property and Facility Coordinator

- Oversee the daily operations of all CVS Health properties and facilities.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and vendors to ensure the timely completion of facility maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules to ensure all properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
- Manage and maintain records of all property and facility expenses, including budgeting and cost analysis.
- Monitor and order necessary supplies, equipment, and services for all properties and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and functionality of our facilities.
- Respond promptly to any property or facility emergencies and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all property and facility-related activities and processes.
- Act as a point of contact for all property and facility-related inquiries, concerns, and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property and facility management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all employees, visitors, and tenants of CVS Health properties and facilities.
- Train and supervise any property and facility staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality services and competitive pricing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facility management to improve processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Facility Management, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Property And Facility Coordination, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance, Including Hvac, Plumbing, And Electrical.
Demonstrated Experience In Budget Management And Vendor Negotiations.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Projects Effectively.
