Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and manage projects related to Talent Acquisition, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Establish project milestones, timelines, and objectives and ensure they are met.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and business partners to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Manage all aspects of the Talent Acquisition project, including budget, scope, resources, and timeline.
  5. Monitor project progress to ensure that all deliverables are completed within the expected timeline and budget.
  6. Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address areas of improvement and ensure successful project completion.
  9. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures related to Talent Acquisition projects.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
