Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team
Extensive Knowledge Of Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Six Sigma, Lean, And Kaizen
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
