
Private Brand Strategy - Director
The Director’s primary goal is to develop and execute the strategic framework for Private Brands. This will require a multi-disciplinary approach with scope to include customer strategy, brand strategy, merchandising principles, P&L analysis and reporting, and advanced analytical and communication skills to influence across an organizational matrix. The candidate selected for this position will be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in learning. This person will also need to be a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, high-energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance-driven environment. This individual will lead the continuous evolution of a best-in-class Owned Brand strategy, influencing/coordinating across numerous internal stakeholders to ensure tactical execution and value creation.
5-7 years of experience outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to vision the future state, test hypotheses, and synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable strategies
Demonstrated expertise in project leadership, advanced business analysis, and strategy development.
