Prevention and Wellness Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and monitor health and wellness initiatives to promote positive health outcomes.
2. Analyze data to identify potential health and wellness opportunities.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects.
4. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure initiatives are properly implemented.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external health and wellness organizations to identify potential partnerships.
6. Utilize and maintain records of program outcomes and progress.
7. Develop and implement outreach activities to promote health and wellness initiatives.
8. Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Remain up to date on the latest health and wellness trends and best practices.
10. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
