Phlebotomy Specialist

CVS Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately performing blood collections on patients of all ages and for ensuring the safety of patients, employees, and visitors in the collection area. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collect samples according to established protocols and maintain an organized and clean collection area. Additionally, you will provide patient education and follow-up with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work independently as well as a part of a team. You must also have a passion for providing excellent patient care and customer service.To be considered for this position, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Phlebotomy Technician Certificate. A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting is also required. A valid driver's license along with CPR certification is preferred.
