- Receive, inspect, and store pharmaceutical products in a safe and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper rotation of products.
- Prepare orders for distribution, ensuring correct product and quantity.
- Pack and label products for shipment in accordance with company standards.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmaceutical storage and distribution.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Pharmacy Warehouse Associate At Cvs Health Must Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Be Considered For The Job.
Previous Warehouse Experience: Candidates With Previous Warehouse Experience, Especially In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Setting, Will Be Given Preference For This Position.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Products: As This Job Involves Handling And Organizing Pharmaceutical Products, Candidates Must Have Knowledge Of Various Types Of Medications, Their Storage Requirements, And Handling Procedures.
Attention To Detail: Pharmacy Warehouse Associates Must Have Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Receiving, Storing, And Shipping Pharmaceutical Products.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Of Heavy Boxes And Packages, So Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks For Prolonged Periods.
