• Assist licensed pharmacists in accurately and efficiently dispensing medications to patients
• Perform data entry and maintain patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Prepare and package medications for dispensing and ensure proper labeling and storage
• Process insurance claims and communicate with insurance providers to ensure timely reimbursement
• Provide excellent customer service by answering patient questions and concerns and resolving any issues that may arise
