Responsibilities: • Greet customers in the pharmacy and assist them with their medication needs • Accurately fill prescriptions, process payments, and answer customer questions • Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations • Maintain patient records and update inventory • Keep the pharmacy clean and organized • Assess customer needs and provide appropriate advice and recommendations • Communicate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety • Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment when necessary • Monitor and order supplies as needed • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
