Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Process patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Assist in the maintenance of inventory levels in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
4. Follow established procedures for handling customer complaints and resolving customer disputes.
5. Work collaboratively with other pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer orders and patient information.
7. Perform administrative duties as required, including filing and maintaining records.
8. Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
9. Assist with the training of new pharmacy technicians.
10. Ensure the pharmacy is always properly stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers.
